 Gilgit Baltistan Is the remotest area of Pakistan where Women are far behind in every aspect of life. in the Pakistan's northernmost province, some womens have begun to venture outside of traditional and gendered economies by engaging in new forms of income-generating activities as a result of the growing global economy and a development model that places entrepreneurialism at its core. This group of women entrepreneurs in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, offers a cunique product solutions, development organisations' promotion of women's entrepreneurship, new unique ventures that hike their income.

In this aspect certain number of women from different areas of Gilgit Baltistan has started unique business idea to support their family and also to encourage other womens to do something for themselves.

Khalida Rahim, an entrepreneur from the small town of Gulmit in Gilgit-Baltistan, built a Facebook page for her hand-made jewellery business after realising the value of having a social media page for her small business in order to attract new consumers.

Developing a solid digital marketing plan for online businesses has become more crucial than ever before to survive the cutthroat market competition, whether one owns a large corporation or a small start-up.

The digital marketing bootcamp was organised by CIRCLE, a Karachi-based business, in cooperation with NGO to provide job possibilities for Pakistan's deprived mountainous areas.

This bootcamp was designed to meet the industry's expanding demands. Digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, and life qualities such as confidence and resilience were among the courses offered to the participants.

The 10-day bootcamp, which took place in 2021, drew 30 students from Sost Village and Gulmit.

Through this training, they learned a lot of innovative digital marketing approaches in an entertaining way. As a result some of them become financial independent.

Hina Batool Story of Entrepreneurship.

Hina Batool, a Gilgit inhabitant who married in early teenage, had two children after 3years . Her husband died before she was even able to attain adulthood. Because she didn't have a single financial supporter around her, this was a major setback for her and her family. She didn't even have her own house where she and her two children could live comfortably. She began a part-time job as an accountant in the private sector for Rs. 2000 because she lacked the necessary education. She launched her own business with Rs. 25,000 in Nisa Market, a local market, after a year of working hard for a job that didn't pay her well. Now numbers of women work under her.

Sakina Bibi is the president of the Al-Shahbaz Women Organization, which is situated in Baltistan's Shiger Valley. She has overcome the challenges of being a widow and now manages a vocational centre in the area. She has educated a large number of women to become useful members of society. Ex-President Pervaiz Musharraf presents her with the first ever Mother of the Nation Award. She was also recently honoured at the Gilgit-Baltistan level with Micro-entrepreneurship Award.
