One of the manin strength we possess is that one of our partner (Haider) is originally from Gilgit Baltistan and has complete knowledge and experience of the purchasing and production of almost all the products we are offering.Our other partner (Umer) has an experience in customer dealing and delivery so our expertise combined togather is a gereat strength for our business.

Weakness

   One of our weakness is that profit margin in our products are very less in the first year of the business because we are focusing on giving less price to the customer with best quality. 

Opportunity

It has greater market especially in winter most of our products have high demand In market so we will try to increase our sales in winters. By gaining experience in online business in Pakistan we will operate through amazon and export throughout the world.

Threats

 The sale of dry fruits and Salajeet is affected in summer season. Another issue we could face is the delay in getting stocks from our supplier in bad weather conditions.

As mentioned earlier, the goal of company is to reach out as many people as possible based on the segment of target market. In order to reach out to the target market, online Marketing through Facebook’s sponsored ads and YouTube ads will be conducted. It is cheaper than other methods also it is very effective.
